Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Scripted is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and trusted environment for all users. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards set forth our explicit rules, preventive measures, reporting channels, and enforcement actions across the Scripted application and related services.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Scripted strictly prohibits the creation, possession, storage, sharing, distribution, solicitation, promotion, or facilitation of any content or conduct that exploits, abuses, or endangers children. Any violation of these standards will result in immediate termination of the offending user's account, removal of all associated content, permanent bans, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement and child safety authorities.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

In accordance with global child safety standards and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, the following activities and content are strictly forbidden on Scripted:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual, photographic, video, audio, or textual depiction—including computer-generated imagery (CGI) or artificial intelligence (AI)-generated depictions—showing or portraying a minor engaged in sexually explicit or suggestive conduct.
Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Any behavior or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or harms minors, whether commercially or non-commercially.
Online Child Grooming: Attempting to establish a connection, build trust, or communicate with a minor for sexual exploitation or abuse.
Sextortion and Coercion: Coercing, threatening, manipulating, or blackmailing minors into producing sexual content, performing sexual acts, or providing personal information.
Trafficking: Promoting, advertising, coordinating, or facilitating the sexual trafficking of minors.
Inappropriate Contact and Solicitation: Soliciting intimate images, personal contact details, or inappropriate communications from or concerning minors.

3. Age Requirements and Children's Privacy

Scripted is intended for individuals aged 13 and older (or the applicable legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly permit access to or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we discover that an account has been registered by an underage user without valid parental consent, or is being used in violation of child safety requirements, the account will be promptly removed.

4. Reporting Violations

We provide accessible mechanisms for users and the public to immediately report any suspected child abuse, exploitation, or policy violations:

Users can report content or accounts directly from within the Scripted mobile app without leaving the application:

When viewing a user profile, review, or comment, tap the menu or options icon (•••) and select Report.
Choose the appropriate reason for your report (including inappropriate content or safety concerns).
Our moderation team receives and reviews flagged content promptly.

Anyone may submit reports or urgent safety concerns directly to our dedicated contact by email at info@scripted.se. Please include relevant details such as usernames, screenshots, or descriptions so our team can act swiftly.

5. Enforcement and Action

When potential violations of our Child Safety Standards are identified or reported, Scripted takes immediate action, which includes:

Immediate Removal: Promptly removing or quarantining reported content from our servers and public feeds.
Account Termination: Permanently banning the responsible account and blocking access from associated devices or IP addresses.
Evidence Preservation: Securely retaining necessary audit logs and evidence in accordance with legal obligations for investigative purposes.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement and NCMEC

Scripted complies fully with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where suspected CSAM or CSAE is identified:

We report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline in accordance with legal standards.
We cooperate directly with competent national law enforcement agencies (such as the Swedish Police Authority / Polismyndigheten) and international authorities to aid investigations and ensure child safety.
